0 Eachine Wizard running the most up to date Betaflight and Dshot150, and ESC's with up to date firmware with this problem when I fly:
I've tried changing the props, I've made sure everything is tightened down properly, I'm just stumped. Flysky i6x, sbus.

74 I suggest disabling DShot and then calibrating the escs to see if it still happens. If it does, then I'd check motor to esc solder joints.

30 To me it looks like the typical strong yaw twitches which come from gyro noise overload. Possible causes are electrical noise (add low-esr caps), physical noise (balance motors and/or props, and/or soft-mount FC) - or simply a bad/broken gyro (replace FC).

2 Maybe a faulty bearing? I have noticed a bearing not perfectly smooth (not blocked but noisy )...
