Eachine QX95
#1
Just messing around with my QX95.  Not a bad little quad!

On sale right now: http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-Tiny-QX9...2582015018

The prop guards are a big help.  Flight time is around 5 mins outdoors, maybe 6-7 minutes hovering around the house.

LED Strip Mount:

http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1913894

Have been trying out air-mode. Need to make an antenna protector! Feels like it doesn't quite have the power for flips etc but then I'm not on full rate yet and haven't had a chance to get up good forward speed as the garden is a bit small for that.

@JBFUK, good design, can you still plug in the usb connector with the led strip mounted or did you have to remove the led strip?

Well, I choose to mount at the bottom pf the post and un-clip when accessing the USB port but it is possible to clip it to the top of the posts and be able to access the USB port without removal.  The reason I don't do this is that it will put the top connector quite close to the props.  I guess you can mount the LED strip upside-down to avoid this but you would need to update the LED configuration to reverse the turn indicators.

Good to know, i think i will let print one to put on my QX95, now it starts to get loose because of the many removals.
Do you have maybe the led configuration, i have flashed it yesterday with new firmware but i was forget to make a back up and i can not get it right.
The part from the CLI dump will do the job i think.

Sure why not, it takes less than a minute to print..

Will dump my LED settings next time I connect to USB however I have change my settings from the default as to me it's a wast of mah to have 4x LED burning all the time.  I have the middle two on (colour and throttle change) with the outside two just for indication.

To be honest unless you are racing there is not much point of having the LEDs it's not like you can see them while flying FPV - just wasting power really.

I know it's a waste of power, but i fly LOS, because i don't have a FPV screen yet, i also have removed the camera, so that will compensate some battery usage.

And already thanks for the CLI upload.
