Hey folks, I can confirm, that firmware from this thread has solved Eachine ProDVR PAL cropping issue during recording.
Also... before update, my DVR also started recording blank screen. All is good after update.
Before fix - don't remember video settings, could be VGA, but it didn't matter, PAL was cropped on all settings:

After fix - D1 is set

I have to change that capacitor..... buuuut I also read that it accepts 3.6-5V, so 5v pololu noise may actually cause this thing to go crazy... maybe we should get one with regulated output.
