Eachine et200r vtx
#1
Hello i have just received the et200 vtx and i am a bit confused about the wiring...
The first wires are + and - power in. Ok.
V + A = video and audio in. Ok.
Pwr out + ????
Pwr out - maybe negative for the cam...
5v out + is for powering the can.
What is pwr out +??
Thanks

if you have a multimeter you can easily check,
my guess is as follows
To battery:
+- Power in from 3s battery
To camera/osd:
V,A - correct
Power out + passthrough from battery (same voltage as on power in), if your osd/cam supports over 5v
power out - ground connect to ground in cam/osd
5v + voltage regulated positive (if your cam osd can't handle more than 5v)
All the best

Thanks. You are right. Just checked with multimeter. It is a battery Voltage bypass for cameras that run more of 5v .

I know there has been some issues with the 5V output that the voltage is too low, so keep that in mind if you experience issues if you power anything from it.

Yes thanks i read about it. But my Runcam Eagle works correctly on bench with 5v (4,7) hard to belive but it works!
If i feed the camera with battery passthroug Voltage instead of 5v from vtx will it keep the transmitter temperature a bit lower?

Yes i will since you are not drawing current from the 5V regualtor... But I think the difference is not going to be very noticeable with VTX... they gets hot even if you don't use the 5V... as long as they are getting good airflow when flying should be fine.

Thanks. I bought from BG eu a 3 pcs kit of raspeberry aluminium heatsinks for a couple of euros. The bigger one fits good on vtx
