DYS XS30A ESCs
#1
for anyone planning on or is using these esc, may I suggest taking the heatshrink off of them and applying glue on the chip capacitors. they have a tendency to come loose even in minor crashes. I've already had to replace 2, and repair 1.

Could it be that the escs get hit by the propellers? I can see that the heatshrink on my escs are ripped up due to the props in a crash. Maybe they could be moved a little bit closer to the motors?

I had that happen to one where the prop knocked off 3 of the caps. but this last one the heatshrink was fine. I think I might split the case that it comes with and use it as a cover

I am using these
The dys xs30a blheli_S.

I am having an issue though not sure if it's the esc or what. The blackbox shows after a few mins of aggressive flying in a hard turn one of my motors will max out and I'll get an uncontrollable roll or almost anyways if I'm quick enough to catch it and I'm not in a bad spot.
I've done some research but I'm still having the issue.
I set my start up power to 1.25 as I've seen suggested.
I've calibrated them a few times.
Im just at a loss here.

Wasn't that 0.125 startup power?
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

yes you are correct Konrad.

@poorman - I had the same issue. but what I noticed is it only did it with my high KV motors, DYS SE2205-2550kv. I lowered my loop time to 2K/2K and switched from multishot to 1shot42 and it fixed the problem. but on my Tiger MN2204-2300kv T-Motors I'm able to run 4K/4K with Multishot with no problems.
