hi guys,
im starting to think about getting a dvr so i can record fpv footage,
curious to know what you already used and found Poop  and what is worth it's price?

Are you wanting to record directly on the bird, like with a Mobius or Runcam?  Or at the googles?  I'm going to add a DVR to Quanum Cyclops, won't record HD, but will record the FPV footage.  Probably going with one of these two.

HMDVR or proDVR

Onboard i already have either runcam2 or xiaomi yi, so yes im looking on the gogles, and in my case exactly quanum cyclops Smile
i've already found the video signal... now i "just" need to select and get a dvr Smile
thanks for the options ill look into them

actually i want to upgrade this approach, as i want to connect also the video out so i can replay something on the gogles, shouldn't be too hard (1 additional cable and a bit different connection. ie when i crash and i was disoriented to play last seconds of flight to see the surroundings Smile

That's a great idea!  I wonder about getting the DVR footage back onto the goggles LCD screen, would we need to have something to switch video input/source?  NQIS Steve (on youtube) did a video about adding an input switch to his goggles.

This one is good, even gives higher bit rate than the built-in Fatshark DVR... I might actually use this over the integrated one.
