Durable prop recommendation for a Nighthawk 280
#1
Hoping for a prop recommendation.
I'm flying a 280 Nighthawk and am currently using HQ 6450 bullnose props (2 blade).
3s battery.
I'm new to quads so I don't care about top end speed yet.
I'm hoping to find a more durable prop (less brittle). Also, if there are slow speed handling advantages to using a 3 bladed prop, I would like to switch to that for awhile.
Any prop recommendations that won't stress the ESC's?
Is there typically a flight time difference between 2 blade and 3 blade?
Thank you.

Yes, more blades pull more thrust but also draws more current. But generally speaking more blades almost always gets more inefficient. This article might explain this matter in a bit more detail https://oscarliang.com/quadcopter-motor-propeller/

The kingkong 6045 is very durable

You could also try 5 inch if you don't want as much thrust for now. Kingkong tri blades are nice and cheap
