Is camp over? What happens to the quads in the meantime? I guess you'll have to keep them active to keep them from rusting...Wink

Awesome, BTW!

The first week is over, the second week will start within 2 weeks. It's not sure what is going to happen with the drones, i think if the company that organize the camps that they will putt them in storage and hope that they will work after a year. But i'm also thinking of buying it from them and going to give some drone build courses for schools.

Is it enough for the drone builder badge Oscar Big Grin ?
The receivers have a number so we know which drone we have to select.
I think i don't wanna know how many hours i have spend on building these, it must be a lot.

Looks amazing!

How much did you end up on paying for a quad? Did the plug and play work out in the crashes?
I'm personally a fan of plug and play just because it makes it so much cleaner to remove and replace parts!

You might be onto a general build that could be used in schools around the world man!! Smile

@laziegoblin,
A drone cost around $180 without the FPV setup and lipo's, $80 for FPV setup and goggle.
They didn't crash that hard that i have to replace the plug and play parts only props. But they took the drone appart and build it back togheter to learn how to build a drone.
My personall prefer is direct solder, it saves some weight and the connection is more reliable and a cleaner build.
I'm really thinking on giving courses on schools to learn kids to building drones and also learn to fly.

@Oscar,
Thanks for the badge, finally the first one.  Big Grin
