#1
Ive searched around on this forum and cant find any reference to Dronin FC software, which is a bit of a shame really as I cant find others to share information with. Anybody use it - apart from me?

yea it's not a very well known or popular firmware... majority of the people use Betaflight, KISS or Raceflight these days on mini quads

I used it for a bit when I used the BrainFPV RE1. Easy to set up and user friendly, just doesn't compare to the performance of Betaflight or Raceflight

I used to use betaflight, but I never got it feeling right. Changed over to Dronin last November roughly and not looked back. I always thought a good tune from the Dronin autotune was better than a bad one in betaflight. Whereas my 5" quad always flew well on BF stock pids and was easy to improve with a bit of effort, the same was never true for my 4" frame which was a real cantankerous and obstinate piece of kit right from the get go. Dronin was the only thing that seemed to have the desired effect.

I thought I would be bill no mates Smile

Shame .. such good software too especially since this last release

Perhaps I'll give BF 3.2 a go
