I absolutely agree, IntoFPV is a really special place! To someone like me who lives in the middle of nowhere, with a small circle of friends, none of whom are into FPV,(!) you guys have been fundamental in maintaining my interest and inspirational in providing sustenance for my hunger for more knowledge.
Also Carl, your nomination, and Oscars subsequent granting of VIP status really means a lot! I hope people don't start taking me too seriously now

31 I would fly with anyone here... and might need to post future trips just in case... my job involves quite a bit of travel (although all US based)

24 Next time I am back in England, I will make sure that the forum knows about it, it would be awesome to have a 'Forum Festival For FPV'. Annoyingly it took the sale of a house for me to be able to afford to go from South Africa to England for 6 weeks, last time I visited..!
It would be great to meet you in person Oscar, Carl, DOP, Scotty, unseen, Jimmy, FFtunes, Trojan Goat, Kerni, Konrad, Pimousse, CesiumSalami (even though I haven't seen him about for a while?) and of course the legend that is Keyboard Kid!
Guys, really, let me know if any of you will be coming out to South Africa... I live in the middle of an amazing flying spot that is about 100 miles square, I kid you not! Winter is perfect for flying, still, sunny and dry with average day time temps of 20-25 degrees. We have a waterfall that drop directly into the sea, lagoons with Crocodiles in, jungle paths for proximity racing and huge open spaces where its about 6 miles to the nearest tree and the local community doesn't have electricity so there are no power lines to worry about!
Other bonus's - 750ml bottle of beer, costs about a $1.50 a friend of mine found cigarette's for less than $1 for a pack of 20 and eating out is really cheap too.
PM me for bookings!

Proximity flying with crocodiles? sounds risky to me
