65 I have been flying my various E010 builds using the "stock" 240 mah batteries. They have a particular connector that feels solid, but I have been reading up in the JST 2mm connectors that seem to be very popular. Is it worth shifting my connectors over to the JST type?

139 by "JST type", i guess you mean the stock connector on the E010?
TBH, no need. Most tiny whoop batteries uses "Pico" connectors. I would suggest making an adapter if needed.

24 Personally I just soldered a wire with a LOSI connector onto the pads on the reverse of the stock battery connector.

65 I just noticed that there are two common "whoop" connectors:
The one I see on many batteries for the Blade
and the one of the clones.
I guess it really only matters depending on what cells are used.
