Man I hope not....

I recently finished my fifth build(four for me, one for my brother).  I saw the Xilo Phreakstyle Slam on getfpv.com, and I really liked the 20x20 and 30x30 front and back options, so I built another 5" quad.  On the actual day I completed it I saw the Lumenier QAV-R Freestyle.  Awfully similar and the Lumenier is twice as much.  So did I inadvertently break my rule against buying clone parts, and if so, how do I make amends?

10" 6S FR10-G Long Range, 5" 6S Rooster, 5" 6S Badger, 5" 6S QAV-S, 5" 4S Badger, 5" 4S Phreakstyle Slam, 5" 6S Yema, 5" 4S Stark, 3" 4S Gecko, and a 3S 2.5" Tadpole, all of which are Crossfire.  Tinyhawk, Tinyhawk S, and a DJI Spark.  And projects on the bench....

They look similar but are quite different. Actually, they both look like a hundred other quad. The design of the QAV is nothing original.

Anyways, XILO is solid stuff. I have their ESC, and it is well made.

If you didn't know it's a clone (not saying it is) then it doesn't count IMO Big Grin

Glad the consensus is that it isn't a clone.

I have some Xilo batteries (1S and 4S) and they are pretty nice. Glad to hear their electronics are good as well.
