A ballpark weight for your 6000mA/h 4S battery is 644g.

6000 mAh 4S weight 560g.
Props can affect the flight time?

Absolutely. Even with the same diameter and pitch, the shape of the propeller contributes to how efficient it is and at what part of the throttle range they are at peak efficiency.

The more efficient the motors and propellers are the longer the flight time. The larger the propeller diameter, the slower the motors should spin to use them at the right speed for their size.

It's a complicated equation.

I finished a build with very similar build (size, motors, battery) not too long ago, I get in the range of 22 minutes of normal flying with 12" slow flyers

Yes, the problems have begun!
I can not calibrate the ESC Readytosky 40A.
I do everything as in this video, the audio signals are not the same as in the video.
I do not understand what is happening, there is no information.

I'm not familiar with the Readytosky ESCs, but it's possible they don't make the same noises as the ESCs in the video.

What audio signals do you get from them when you try to calibrate?

The ESC controllers remain silent, the receiver emits sounds.

Huh

What radio and receiver are you using? Have you gone through the radio setup in Mission Planner?

Calibration is only going to work if Arducopter has been set up correctly to understand your radio.

I set up the radio in the Mission Planner.

Calibration was carried out for one regulator and one motor according to the scheme.
