Sooo, I haven't had issues with connecting to the Naze32 from OpenFlight and not from CleanFlight until this last week. Now I get random driver issues when connecting the USB (same cable as before). In Zadig the Naze32 shows up as Unknown uSB device (Device descriptor request failed). And when the driver does work CF config randomly fails to open the COM port. When it does connect it works for short while then it hangs when switching between pages or sometimes even while staying on the same page.

My setup is:
Windows 10 x64 (with the latest updates)
CP201x USB to UART Bridge Driver 6.7.2.200, 20-11-2015
STM Virtual COM port driver 1.4.0



Any help would be much appreciated

1) First of all, give your PC a reboot first and test again, if still the same, go two 2)
2) try different cable, if fail go to 3)
3) try a different FC see if it's just a faulty FC? if not go to 4)
4) Try removing the driver from your PC in Device manager (while FC plugged in), reboot PC, reinstall driver, reboot PC, try again...

Thanks for the input, Oscar. Been through most of the steps already. I only have a cc3d apart from the naze32. Haven't tried it in a while but guess I should.

Of course the naze32 could have committed suicide but why? And also the intermittent behavior. Might be the cable have gone bonkers as well. *sighs*

Otherwise, the drivers are the correct ones, or? What about Zadig, do I really need it and which driver is the right one. Think I've had it set to winusb.
