Does anyone know if the following commands are valid in the latest version of cleanflight?

set telemetry_provider=0
set serial_port_3_scenario = 4
set serial_port_1_scenario = 5
set telemetry_provider=0
set telemetry_inversion=1

I am trying to get am trying to get telemetry working via softserial and none of these commands seem to be recognized in cleanflight.  I'm sure it's something I am doing (or not doing), but if anyone has an idea, I would appreciate a clue.  Thanks.
