Hi Oscar,

Would like to claim my (hard earned) 5KM batch.

Hard earned i feel because besides below, i still made it.

• Weather man lied (as they always do here) and predicted wind of 5km/hr was instead 30-35 headwind on the way back sucking my Lion dry while trying to maintain a proper 50km/h speed home while pushing the throttle to the max with quad almost at 90 degrees.
  
• Temp was a battery friendly 2C Celcius  excluding wind chill (amp usage dropped to 2/3 capacity almost ) 
  
• Found out too late (when i got home after the flight) that there was a magneto sunstorm in progress seriously messing with all gps. KP7 (on scale of 1-9) WTF. Yesterday evening people saw and made pictures of Northern Light effect, very rare here. You can see a good example between 10 and 10:30 mins when even with 25-28 sats and hdop 0f 0.5 the home arrow starts going bezerk. It caused me to miss my home point by 1 km left, which i had to fly extra along the embankment with the 35km/h wind blowing from the side and thrusted upwards against the poor quad strugling to maintain position . NIce....
  Also lots of times when video quality reduced it was hard to guess where to point my goggles with patch antenna if you can not trust the home pointer all the time.
  
• Forgot to bump my vista power to 1W (was at 500Mw. Ok'ish but could have been better)
  
• and of cause to top it of i forgot to press record on my gopro 9 (damnnnnn), so video is from goggles 
  

Anyway, bit of a messy flight , but still counts ;-) and good to know that even in worst case scenario i can still make it.

Can I claim quad builder. i've had at least four builds so far on here, not all of them particularly log worthy, but I did solder them and generally faff for hours with them. Also posted flight videos for most of them.
