Cheap ZMR180, good for beginners (maybe:)
#1
Hello everyone Smile
I build a cheap ZMR180 using parts left from other builds. I think this might be one of good ones to begin FPV. (Unless you want invest a lot buying better components)

The Part List:

- ZMR180 - (http://www.banggood.com/ZMR180-Mini-Fram...15280.html) $32

- PDB with LC filter and 5, 12v regulators, (http://www.banggood.com/CC3D-NAZE32-F3-P...23543.html) - $8
- Eachine Racer motors, 2204 2300kv (http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-Racer-25...07680.html) $7.7!!! x4
I think they are the same as EMAX, just labeled by Eachine
- DAL 4045 trib-blade
- DYS 20A (http://www.aliexpress.com/item/DYS-20A-B...05967.html)  - $33.7
- Naze32 rev5 - ~ $13
- Turnigy A-Spec 1300 3s (I got it on sale for $17)
- Lemon Rx satellite
- Eachine 100deg 200mw FPV set, (http://www.banggood.com/Eachine-700TVL-1...65760.html)  - $21
- Aomway antenna (http://www.banggood.com/Aomway-5_8GHz-FP...61730.html) - $15

- MinimOSD micro (http://www.banggood.com/MICRO-MinimOSD-M...90556.html) - $9
- XT60 3d printed mount (http://www.banggood.com/XT60-Connector-P...08017.html) - $2.2

Total: ~$180

I fly with a Spektrum DX9 (that's why lemon sat) and Fatshark Dom V3 goggles.

If you plan to use OSD with spek satellite, you probably end up using softserial for it.

Nice build, those motors look like the MT2204's from Emax.

I've also replaced aluminum standoffs with nylon + aluminum screws. Don't think it's going to save a lot of weight, but want to see how it's going to hold on crash

The ZMR 180 is a great little quad, cheap, easy to build, great to fly, takes a real beating and keeps coming back for more. and surprisingly, takes a GoPro with ease.
