Brushed motors performance
#1
I've purchased few 7mm and 8mm motors from BG recently but I'm not very happy with their performance so I started diggin out performance related posts on forums and videos on YT.

I'd like to start a topic where all can participate and discuss their experience with brushed motor (and props) performance.
I have a very interesting one for starter:  Smile

Cheers!

WHOA! I go for 32000 all the time because it seems to allow the motors to run much more quietly ... interesting.

Pretty sure everyone is aware, but the graph at the end has mixed up PWM and G''s of thrust 32500 Grams of thrust from a 6x15mm motor would be cool tho, my H8 mini would be able to lift me!

I found another performance related video.
This time quick comparison of 2S motors against 1S

Results are promissing but on the other hand we have much heavier battery.
So the question is:
Is it worth it ? Smile

I tried a trust test few days ago, tho with the quad tied to the scale it pulls almost as hard as it pushes on the scale. 4 chaoli motors with 6 grams of trust,... Lol
