So it works not only for me, this is awesome, thank you :-)
I tried DYS SN20A, both SK and BLHeli bootloaders, different versions from 13.2 to 14.8, verifying the ESC in BLHeliSuite after each flash, and also spinning the motors.
I have also disconnected the ESC and power mid-flash to interrupt the process, each time I was able to reflash easily.
What I could not test was Atmel with 16K flash memory, but there's only one known specimen of such kind: Yep 7A. Should work ok though, I have handled flash size in code nicely.

Uh-oh.  New problem.  Now I can't seem to change parameters.  When I select "Write Setup" any settings revert to previous (I tried to re-enable damped light, and also tried to turn off Programming by TX).  I flashed 14.7 - same.  I went back to 14.4 - same.
Log file attached.

Edit: sorry, log file too big.  I'll try to create it again.

Nope, still too big.

Silly mistake, forgot this. before an extracted method, 1.0.1 fixes it.
P.S. Published, thanks for spotting it!

Successfully flashed Racerstar MS35A without any fiddling with blheli suite 'expert mode'. Thank you Andrey. And god bless 'silent start' Big Grin

FYI: although flashed with 16.53, they show as A-H-20, 16.51, 16.51_StartTones

PS: for those unfamiliar with those ESCs: they have BB1 chip serial written in eeprom so blheli suite picks wrong firmware
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

I suppose mister @cturn forgot to change version code inside of sources. I will let him know.

Hi, Please can you add an option for reversing input polarity like in BlHeliSuite?

Thanks So Much

This option is there for regular BLHeli.
It's actually visible on this screenshot from the chrome webstore, as well as on the screenshot from @sloscotty.

No, BLHeli_S has no input polarity option.

Do you know why that is?

Can I put old BlHeli on my BlHeli_S ESCs?

BLHeli_S was designed for racing multirotors that usually don't require input polarity and many other options, they were removed from the code to simplify it.
You can't flash them to the original BLHeli, that's possible in theory but would require modifying BLHeli code to support new MCUs.

So the best thing to do would be to just buy new ESCs?
