0 Hi
I want to buy my first quad and not sure which way to go?
Blade inductrix no camera £37
Blade inductrix with camera £75
If I go for no camera model I'm thinking I could add a camera in the future . I'm not sure how good the camera is on the camera model. (As can't find the specs on it) . So if went this road would buy a better camera. Also I'm struggling to find if the components are better on the yellow camera model .
I'm also thinking as I'm new to flying should I learn to fly on a no camera model first? I hear the components can wear out quick so upgrading when I learnt to fly might be a better option?
Thanks.

0 I recently had to make that same decision and I ended up saving the extra $50 and just getting the base model. My logic was I need practice flying these things and there are tons of add on mods available for putting cameras onto things things which will give me practice soldering and picking parts. That will come in handy when it comes time to build my own, more robust, fpv quad.

9 I don't know if it's easy to remove the the camera otherwise i would say, buy the one with camera, you know 100% precent that it will fits if you want to fly FPV. And remove the camera in the beginning.

0 Dude the basic one is awesome! I have had a blast with mine. You can buy spare batteries ( highly recommended) spare frames. I have bought enough of those. So small they don't put holes in your walls like the dys 160 that some how made a hole

0 09-Dec-2016, 12:39 AM (This post was last modified: 09-Dec-2016, 12:41 AM by JBFUK.) If you want something cheap and fun the Q4 Nano is also great. I brought one for myself and one for my wife a few Christmases ago and we had a great time blasting around the living room over the holidays. Thinking of it that was my first quad! Very cheap too Amazon has them for around £16. I still play with mine from time to time although I have had to replace a couple of motors and the battery over the past two years.

0 I also went for the regular one without a camera. If you're ready to move on you can even deactivate the stability mode by pressing the left stick until it clicks.
Reparing it is probably the most annoying thing, since it breaks very fast. I found a fairly reliable method by inserting a hot needle from the outside of the frame into the little bar that's holding the motor. It kind of melts both parts together so it doesn't move. After that I put a tiny bit of hot glue on the inside.
To give it a lot more sturdiness some guy attached small straws into the hole underneath the motors. And it really works. The straws take away most of the impact and the frame rarely breaks. I'll try to find the post again or I'll post some pictures of my inductrix later.
The eachine frames are really good and I had a fun time installing them. The only issue is the battery holder since it's bigger. I just used the original one. If you're interested I can take some pictures too.
