BlackBox PIDs tuning, support welcome...
#1
Hi,

This is my first post so I guess a short intro is required.
I'm into RC (Plane, Heli, multicopter, car, boat) since 6 years, initially to share a hobby with my son but I must admit that I ended up totally addicted...  Wink
Oh, and I'm french...

Oscar's blog has become one of my favorite source of info on the quads setup and tuning.
Recently, following Oscar's great tutorials, I have installed two blackbox on a QAV210 and on a Tweaker.

I tried to snapshot the most representative info of the logs here:

QAV210 Roll analysis:

QAV210 Pitch analysis:

QAV210 Yaw analysis:

Tweaker Roll analysis:

Tweaker Pitch analysis:

Tweaker Yaw analysis:

From what I understand of this, I guess all my P are too high and generate waves in the gyros, is that correct analysis?

Thanks in advance for reading and helping if you can.

Apart from the Yaw P on tweaker the rest look fine! Gyro is pretty smooth as long as you like the flight characteristics and it's not oscillating in flight then you should be good to go...

Full BB log would help too, checking motor is running smooth and not doing pac man

Thank you Oscar.

Yes, I like the flight of those two models so I'll look primarily at the Yaw P on Tweaker.

Attached is the BB logs if you have time to check the other aspects.

Thanks again for your help and your great blog.
