Hi, I'm hoping to get some help troubleshooting my Flywoo Explorer v2. It started to twitch and wobble a bit while flying. It's subtle but enough to see when flying whereas before it was super smooth (props are new). I could also hear the motor/s spiking occasionally almost like a quick blip up and down. The only change was BF4.3 so I downgraded back to 4.2 but same behavior. Also applied factory settings with no luck. I tried Bluejay with bidirectional dshot as well which did help a little but it's still noticeable. My suspicion at first was a bad motor but when testing on the bench they all sound and feel great. Below is a link to a video showing the black box log. I don't have much experience with blackbox, but the gyro roll data looks odd with all the spikes. The motors also look noisy with several random spikes. I'm thinking it's a bad ESC or gyro? Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Can you upload your log file to a file sharing service like google drive or dropbox?
Also it would be best if you have logged it in 2KHz with Gyro_scaled enabled so we can look at noise as well.

Thanks Oscar. I changed the logging to 2KHz as well as gyro_scaled enabled and captured another log. This flight was actually worse as far as the amount of times it happened. I do have the dvr footage to line up as well if that would be helpful. Thanks again!

Looks like a bad gyro to me, roll axis to be more specific.

This is pitch, which looks normal.




This is roll, you can see it's extremely noisy especially below 200hz.



And gyro noise in roll is causing D term to spike up 



which makes the quad to oscillate left and right and blips up and down

Further troubleshoot - if you can, try rotating the FC by 90-degree and see if pitch becomes noisy. If so then it's definitely the gyro.

But before doing that, there are other potential causes like high power wires near the gyro, noisy power to FC  etc. You can try using a bigger low ESR capacitor at the ESC power. Also make sure the quad is mechanically in good condition, such as no loose screws, carbon fibre is all in good shape, no cracking etc.
