If it has Betaflight 4.3.x installed on it, that version utilises ExpressLRS 2.x so you will therefore also need to make sure ExpressLRS 2.x is flashed to your Zorro. ELRS 3.x isn't compatible with ELRS 2.x. Both the receiver and transmitter need to be on the same major version of ExpressLRS. If you desperately want to run ExpressLRS 3.x on both the Zorro and the Moblite7 then you can upgrade the Moblite7 to the latest release candidate of Betaflight 4.4 (see HERE) which utilises ELRS 3.x, but just keep in mind that release candidates of Betaflight are not final versions and they still have bugs in that could result in unexpected results while flying. • Posts: 1,506 Threads: 49 Likes Received: 714 in 525 posts Likes Given: 478 Joined: Oct 2020 Reputation: 93 HappyModel also has a custom build of Betaflight 4.3.1 compiled with ELRS v3 SPI support. This will save a copy of your current factory configuration. After you have flashed the custom version of the 4.3.1 firmware, load the saved "diff all" file back into the CLI to restore the saved factory configuration. • Posts: 1,506 Threads: 49 Likes Received: 714 in 525 posts Likes Given: 478 Joined: Oct 2020 Reputation: 93 30-Dec-2022, 12:09 AM (This post was last modified: 30-Dec-2022, 12:14 AM by V-22.) Betaflight 4.3.2 has a bug that breaks ELRS SPI receivers. Use 4.3.1 or 4.4.0-RC2. https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight/issues/12033 • Posts: 45 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 8 in 8 posts Likes Given: 3 Joined: Dec 2022 Reputation: 0 ok, so i deleted betaflight, installed configurator 10.9.0 updated firmware, we are now on 4.3.2 btfl red light is now solid, when connected via usb, indicating bind? in reciever tab, there is now no option to bind. i see no stick inputs... im all lost again i'm afraid... • Posts: 45 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 8 in 8 posts Likes Given: 3 Joined: Dec 2022 Reputation: 0 (30-Dec-2022, 12:09 AM)V-22 Wrote: Betaflight 4.3.2 has a bug that breaks ELRS SPI receivers. Don't manually bind. Setup a bind phrase on the Zorro and for every quad you buy or build you just need to ensure the bind phrase is the same. ELRS does the rest for your automagically.
