I have just bought a BetaFPV 65 PRO 2S. Not the right Quad for me. Im' more of a cruiser not a racer ( I really like this forum though ) Usually I fly my 400mm x frame quad, outdoors of course. However I like to practice flying inside on windy days and during the winter. I started flying Tiny Whoops a couple of winters ago. I have a few brushed quads Tuned for my style but none seem to handle the weight of an AIO camera well so my FPV flying is still in its infancy. Getting better at LOS though. So I thought Brushless 2S tiny whoops, just what I need. So this 65 PRO 2 Came with Betaflight 4.0.0 flashed on it. Straight out of the box after binding and setting RC rates appropiate for my skill level I feel ready to fly. It comes up nice and smooth to eye level but I find that part way up I have to start holding back on the pitch stick to keep it from moving forward because it is already flying faster at center position than I want to go. I land a few times and trim it back but as soon as I stop the forward motion it starts going backward and then sideways. I check my complete setup for bad settings and find none. Later I find in my trannis model setup that I was feeding some yaw into my pitch instead of the other way around as I had intended, this stopped the wierd behavior but the craft was still uncontrollable. So to skip the rest of my misadventure such as flashing the wrong target on my board, this is where I now stand. Betaflight 3.5.1 successfully flashed on my board. Model setup in my radio now correct and finely tuned. Researched FeedForward, Dynamic Filter ect. Craft flies somewhat Better. Still has the wild drift problem at low speed. This is the strange part, the faster you fly the better it handles drift becomes unnoticeable. I guess I have another outdoor Quad for now. Any constructive feed back will be appreciated.
