I know exactly what you mean. Since I started this money pit of a hobby, not a single month has gone by where I haven't spent in excess of $100 Thinking Whistling But you can't take it with you and at least I'm having more fun than I probably ever did with any other hobby Big Grin

I am an electronics and instrumentation engineer by education and IT engineer by profession.
Till 1 year back I knew very little about electrical and electronics. But now I know things.
I am learning things and I am happy.

This is why you have a runaway fund. So you can tap the funds for quads if you are not running away. Smile

I am ordering 0802 17500kv motors today.

If I run these motors with 40mm props on a 75mm frame can i expext more flight time?
Or even run with 3 blade 40mm props?

I could save some shipping costs if i order everything together.

Betafpv 0802 17500kv motors arrived. Here is the flying video.
My throttle still at 70 to 80 % with a 300mah 1s lipo. Every one says dry weight is 22.5gm, But my kitchen scale shows 26gm.
So I don't see any difference in thrust from 0603 19000kv motors.

Does prop reverse cause more voltage sag than prop normal? I think I observed this. I will have to test again. In Video I am flying with prop reverse.

Note: I am yet to do the jst ph 2.0 connector mod.

Voltage sag could be from the larger motors. On smaller quads, reverse props supposed to be more efficient.
