Hi,
My Chameleon on the whole flies great, but I get a bit of nodding about on the pitch axis when chopping the throttle, and being agressive with the throttle. I tried BF anti gravity but it didn't work so well, even with the gain set at nearly 20. I was getting some weird behaviour when cutting the throttle quickly before flipping etc. The quad would kind of nod and do a wiggle on the yaw.
I bought some props and batteries the other day and was talking to Tom Smith, he suggested not using anti gravity, apparently he doesn't use it. I set all I term gains to 50 and flew a few packs. The quad is still flying well but still some movement. I have raised the I on pitch to 80 and it is better but still not rock solid. I also notice when flying forward in a stright line at speed some movement on both pitch and roll axis. It actually looks OK in the HD footage but I can still tell it's there.
My question is, how high can I go with this before I get other issues, and is this normal? What else should I try? To note, my D gains are very low: 9 on roll, 10 on pitch. Any higher and I get fluttering sort of sound with throttle. I believe she's flying OK, seems to turn and do what I want pretty well.
Chameleon 5"
Emax 2306/2400
HQ V1S 5x4.3x3
DYS XSD30A D shot 600
Betaflight F3
Many thanks,
