Betaflight FC users, what settings do you use for gyro sampling and looptime ?
I'm using DSHOT 600 ESCs.

Try to use 8K/8K that should give you the best performance supposedly

But watch your CPU usage, i'd not go above 30-35% while on the bench. Turn off accelerometer if you fly only acro.

Should be fine even if you Cpu goes past 40 close to 50 on 8k/8k, but I doubt you will get that high. If your going to run a slower loop time then just run multi shot. Dshot is better with noise and you don't need to calibrate your ESCs other than that it doesn't feel any different.
