HI, when connected to betaflight f3 fc trought beta flight configurator the chanels  color receiver bars do not appear is all blank, i have tried to flash betaflightf3 fc  from 3.1.0 to 3.1.7 and get message  fail to open serial port

Hey, welcome to the forum. Which version of the Betaflight Configurator are you using? (you can view the version number under the logo when open)

Also you need to power on your quad, and your TX to get the bars in the receiver tab working.
