Look at the configurator's log to see what it is currently flashed with. It probably comes with Cleanflight pre-flashed. 24-Aug-2017, 10:14 AM Hi Unseen! I've made a lot of progress since we last spoke, quad arms and all! Only thing is my motor shafts broke, so got replacements coming. 25-Aug-2017, 09:20 AM 25-Aug-2017, 09:23 AM I have the same motors on one of my builds and I use nylock nuts on them. I've never had a problem. Let me guess...You have both right hand and left hand threaded motor shafts and you were trying to remove the nuts by tightening them? 25-Aug-2017, 09:29 AM (This post was last modified: 25-Aug-2017, 09:30 AM by Adamski321.) I'm not sure, I was very careful about which way I WAS TURNING THEM - BUT AGREE THIS SEEMS LIKELY! However, the nuts came off the props that weren't badly damaged easy peasy, so I think the minor crash I had (Insta-flip) meant that the props got soooooo tight (25-Aug-2017, 09:29 AM)Adamski321 Wrote: I'm not sure, I was very careful about which way I WAS TURNING THEM - BUT AGREE THIS SEEMS LIKELY! I broke one, then tried a second with my dad (who isn't stupid in diy etc) and the same happened. Going to be reaaaallly careful with my new motors (coming today) 25-Aug-2017, 09:56 AM You'll get this thing in the air...sooner or later! Test outside on nice soft grass, not indoors. 25-Aug-2017, 10:02 AM (This post was last modified: 25-Aug-2017, 10:03 AM by Adamski321.) I'll record what happens this time, then if its horrendous, the guru (you) can diagnose the issue! Indoors... now that would have been a mess... If you're from the UK, I got a standard USB by Bush from Argos, and got my board flashed so easily, wish I'd tried to buy a new one sooner! 25-Aug-2017, 10:13 AM 25-Aug-2017, 10:33 AM 25-Aug-2017, 12:54 PM 25-Aug-2017, 01:03 PM 25-Aug-2017, 01:52 PM Your first four channels are your throttle, elevator, aileron and rudder. Subsequent channels are called AUX (for auxiliary) channels. Self levelling modes are Angle and Horizon. Angle mode won't let you do flips. Horizon mode behaves more and more like acro mode the further your stick moves away from the centre position. 25-Aug-2017, 06:50 PM (25-Aug-2017, 01:52 PM)unseen Wrote: Your first four channels are your throttle, elevator, aileron and rudder.
