I'm super new to the hobby and am trying to get everything working but I honestly have no idea what i'm doing. I bought the Taranis qx7 and the frsky R-XSR receiver and looked up a video of how to update the firmware but when I get to the step: "Flash to an ext. device", that's not an option. the only options I have are:
"Flash S.Port"
"Flash ext. module"
"Flash int. module"
"copy"
Rename"

I followed the tutorial step by step but it's leading me to a different set of options. Any input would be appreciated since i'm still trying to learn everything in this hobby.

Flash S. Port would be the option you pick to flash the R-XSR.

Remember that the S. Port on the QX7 is at bottom of the radio and not the module bay.

Okay thank you so much, i kinda figured it would be that option but didn't want to choose it until i knew for sure.
