Welcome to the forum nyth! I tend to agree with several of Grisha's points - but will expand a little.
That is probably a fine drone, but it will be heavy for it's size (because of battery, etc). When you crash (notice I did not say "if"
, the extra weight will be more likely to cause more damage. So it is likely you will be at least rebuilding - if not building.
There are a lot of knowledgeable people on the forum, that will be able to help you when you run into problems/questions. However, in the 6+ months I've been here, I've not seen anyone ask about, or offer help about the Naza flight controller. I do know it is a good controller, but it's not the typical controller used on racing/fpv quads.
Some other members probably have good recommendations for other RTF drones. I would suggest also looking at several build threads and product reviews to see the general nature of what people here fly (and by the way, we don't all have the same idea of "good beginner drone"
) Also pay attention to what radio transmitters people tend to prefer. If you like the hobby and flying (you will), investment in a good transmitter is a top priority.
In the meantime, if you are itching to get started right away, you could download one of the excellent simulators (I recommend Liftoff) and practice while you make your decision and/or wait for parts/drone etc.
Whatever you decide, we will be here for any help we are able to give.
Cheers,
Scotty
I want to add: be sure and check out Oscar Liang's blog at
