Beautiful Lines in my OSD
#1
Heyhey guys,

I need advise from experts. I build a tinywhoop and I'm almost happy with it. Please, don't judge me too hard, I'm still new to this hobby. The video feed is quite clean, but in the OSD of my goggles I always have thick lines. I read up on the noise stuff, but I cant figure out whats causing the problem. Before I start resoldering everything I would like to hear your opinions Smile

They:
- are dark lines
- travelling from top to bottom
- don't change with throttle, idle etc.
- always same thickness

I appended a picture of how I wired everything up and the lines. Btw: The solder joints are solid and clean.

The parts I used:
Quad:
BetaFPV F4 AIO 1-2S Brushless Flight Controller Tiny Whoop
1PC Happymodel EX0802 1-2S 19000KV 4x
TBS Unify PRO32 NANO V1.1 5G8 VTX
ORT Micro Vee Linear 5.8GHz Antenna - U.FL
Happymodel V2 75mm Frame Mobula7 FPV Racing Whoop
Happymodel V1 Camera Canopy Mobula7 FPV Racing Whoop
FOXEER Razer Pico 1200TVL 12x12mm FPV Camera
TBS Crossfire Nano RX
TBS Crossfire XF-Race Antenne 868MHz
iFlight LC-Filtermodul 1.5A
HQProp 1.6x1.6x4 Micro Whoop Propellers
BataFPV 450mAh 1S HV Battery
16V 100uf Capacitor at BT2.0 Connector
RGB LED 5V 1x
Goggles:
Immersion RC Rapidfire
TBS Triumph Pro 2x

Thank you for your help! Smile

Thank you for that quick and precise answer. Would it help to isolate/shield the datacables e.g. with aluminium foil or something similar?

try to get distance between the antennas, dont cross them in any way.
try to hold your hand between the antennas look for decreased interferences, if you get a difference its a question about antenna placement

I had similar issues caused by the Crossfire Mini Immortal T: https://intofpv.com/t-tbs-fpvcycle-mini-...a-bad-idea

Try with the stock antenna that comes with the Nano RX.
