B-Side Videos
#1
So I got the idea to have a separate string of videos from FFTunes. As I continue to learn and get better there is a clear difference from some of my videos than others in my mind... There are the ones where I discover a new spot, do some new flying, maybe have a new concept overall and those are the videos that I feel like after I post it, it's my best video so far.

Then there are videos where I really just went to my home field, or back to a place I've already been and did some flying or whatever and of course I always am recording and I usually make a video out of footage if any of it is useful anyway. I still like to share those videos because I like sharing my flying with you guys. As I've mentioned before it feels like I have even more flying buddies when I share my videos online than the 3 or 4 people that I know from the park.

So I decided I am going to start a special series just for these sub-standard shares. I call them "B-Side" after old vinyl and cassette record  singles where they would put a song that wasn't necessarily going to make it on the radio but that the artist/label still wanted to publish.

So far I have two of these videos that I am sharing here. As I record more I'll put them in this thread as well Smile

Here is the third in my "B-Side" series. I only got to fly 3 batteries on footage and the majority of that footage is included in this video, in chronological order that I flew it. While there is a little editing this is probably one of my most raw flight videos. I am trying out some new techniques for flow and enjoying the view from upside down.

Warning: The music has explicit content! (you have been warned)

So it's time to learn how to fly LOS... but unfortunately I don't know how to film LOS... but I did anyway lol...

The crash in the very beginning was me trying to do one of the prescribed tricks for the LOS badge... it didn't work out very well at all!

This video is literally of my first battery trying to learn to fly line of sight (after about an hour of sim practice). I gave horizon mode a try which really turns out to help for LOS flying. The only other line of sight flying that I've done so far is basic testing of quads to make sure that everything was working as expected.

sorry for not being able to see very well... its a little easier to see if you do full screen feel free to ignore as needed lol
