Archos are usually known for making smartphones and tablets but with this latest release they have entered the drone market. This quadcopter has an initial selling price of £79.99 ($104) and is targeted towards the beginner market. The quadcopter is going to be released in October.

An iOS or Android can be mounted to the controller and used to watch an FPV video from the quadcopter. Several flight modes can be changed via the controller along with a flight time of over 9 minutes.

To me it seems the quadcopter is based off the Syma X5C with the FPV gear added onto it. I started with an X5C and they are very easy to fly, ideal for the complete beginner.
