I have an odd problem with one of my ZMX V3 2600kv motors. The problem is when I arm my motors, they spin up, and when I disarm, all the motors but one spin down quickly (due to damped light). So I thought perhaps the ESC didn't have damped light turned on (but turned out it did).

I then swapped the motors around, and it happened again. I've not received my spare motors yet, but I'm pretty sure the new motor will make the problem go away.

However - is it possible my ESC settings are causing damped light to not kick in, and maybe it's very close to NOT working on the others ESCs, but is just below the threshold? I think it's hardware, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Is min throttle not too low? I usually have 1050-1080

You need to play with min throttle and make sure you do calibration and after than check min throttle values in blehli individually making sure they were calibrated correctly

It's quite unlikely to have a faulty motor that partly work. Is the problem really following the motor and not the ESC when swapping? And you are absolutely sure no motor screws touch the lamentations or stator?

So I swapped the motor out...the problem is gone. There's a possibility that changing my settings in BLheli suite may have fixed it, but that is such a monumental pain with my hard wired kiss FC.
