Good afternoon all, first post on these forums so please do excuse me if this isn't quite the right place, but it was the best I could find on my judgement. 

I come to you all with a problem. Since getting into FPV I've always had my eye on AimDroix and their Xray tilt rotor, however the full price they had it at I considered too much for what it was.

In late April of this year I noticed they had it on at 30% of its full price so dove in, had a few initial emails with them discussing shipping from the US to the UK and then waited.

Over a month has gone now and I've not received it (I did recieve an SBUS inverter which I was told would be shipped with the quad kit). Despite 2 emails and a Facebook page message I've had no response, and I've noticed all the Quad/FPV stuff has vanished from their page now to be replaced with Electric Bikes only.

Has anyone else had any recent dealings with them?, I'm starting to get concerned that its either lost or not been sent full stop and them not responding to messages and focusing on Bikes only doesn't fill me with confidence.

I paid with PayPal fortunately so I have a good chance of getting my money back if I don't receive or hear anything, however I would actually like their product!. And its certainly not what I would class as good customer service, if they don't want to honour my order the least they could do would be to apologise and issue a refund instead of blanking me .

Make a complain on Paypal now, the longer you wait the worse for you.

Well a quick update -

So on the 5th of June I suddenly had a USPS tracking number from them. This then sat dormant awaiting the package until yesterday when it’s been received and is now on the way.

No communication saying it was going to ship late, no nothing. All in all an odd experience so far...

It’s arrived. Looks good and well built but no manuals included, no details for downloading the Specific firmware or tilt configuration and no response from the seller still.

Seems like they have completely lost interest in supporting it

That model has been around for over 3 years i believe, it's a miracle they are still selling it let alone supporting it.

I agree completely, but it wouldn’t be hard for them to send out an email with a password to an FTP with manuals, tilt configurator and firmware on no matter how old they are. I’m just asking for what was promised in the buying description for something so unique.

Also the PDB sent is second hand, there’s still solder left where it was hastily removed from something else....have opened a dispute with PayPal now.

Avoid.
