Here is my recent FPV build. It has been great in the house for practice during the winter. It's not the fastest outside but still fun to fly.

Frame: Syma X1 reduced by 15mm. 190mm diag
FC: Micro Scisky with betaflight (luxfloat)
Motors: 7mm syma or hubsan
Batteries: turnigy nanotech 600mah
FPV: cheap cmos cam, boscam 5823 vtx, pololu step up/down.
Props: generic triblade from amazon for syma x5

Betaflight setup:
Motor_pwm_rate = 16000
Rc_smoothing = on
Max_command = 2000
Roll/pitch pids not perfect yet but close.
P: 4.0
I: .025
D: 8

This has been the best tool for practice after the simulator!

Looks like your 3D printer is overextruding and maybe temperature is too high
