Accidentally bought Tinyhawk BNF
#1
Hi!

I'm new to FPV drones and been watching a lot of Youtube videoes about the subject lately. So I decided to buy the Tinyhawk bundle with controller and goggles, but a few days later realized that I bought the BNF version instead of the RTF, do'h!

So today I bought the Taranis QX7 controller as well, which I've heard should be one of the best out there.

Now I need some goggles too, and here comes the question: Which goggles would you recommend a newbie, who is not completely sure if FPV drone is something Smile

I've looked at the Skyzone Sky02, but they are kinda pricey. I'm not sure if I want box goggles, but maybe that is the best way to go for a newb.

the eachine ev800 is a good boxgoggle with good value for money, good to start and usable later aswell. its able transform to a display, usable on the workbench, show others your flight...

a goggle is something you only buy rare, to invest as much as possible is normaly a good option.
but because you dont know if you like it enough (i guess you will ;-);
a good option to save money is buy a used one, you cant loose a lot money, you can sell it again. another option could be buy a very new one, take care alot, sell it if you dont like.
there are a lot good options; skyzone, orca, fatshark, aomway are some nice goggle brands.

i personaly bought a used fatshark doninator v3 with a true d vrx, i would buy it again if i had to decide again.

i can recommend the ev800 as „not worse a try“, buy this to get the pleasure in the air and time to decide, how much you like to spend, or which expensive goggle you will buy.

For the price of the Skyzone, you can pick up the Fatshark Attitude V5. The reviewers seem to favor the Fatshark for good customer service and future parts availability.
