A few questions
#1
Hi
I have been flying RC airplanes and Heli's for years but the FPV thing
is totally new to me .
I purchased a Furibee F36 with FPV also I purchased a furibee F90
mini quad with FPV I have the Furibee Goggle's to start I tried them
last night and wow it's a lot harder then I thought it was.
Doe's anyone have advice on how to start with the Goggles.
I notice that almost in every video that the piolet punches the
throttle and the quad shoot's up in the sky and then it starts falling
when you hit the throttle again will the quad level out ?
I  also have a bad habit cutting the throttle when I get in trouble
and it falls out of the sky is there a setting to help with that.
any advise would be appreciated
Thanks Jim

"Doe's anyone have advice on how to start with the Goggles."
A simple tip i always give in that case: As opposed to normal RC flying where it's preferable to have an empty field, for FPV it's better if you have some obstacles that help orientation and to estimate speed, height, etc. It's hard to get a feeling for it without any reference imho.

Wether the quad levels out totally depends on the mode you fly. It should in angle- and horizon-mode. However, you're better off flying without those aids, you'll learn much faster, and it simply feels better not having to fight the quad's "own will" all the time.

Do motors turn off when you cut the throttle? If so, that's not recommended... check if you can enable airmode if you haven't already, and set up a switch to arm/disarm (like throttle-hold for helis).

I´ll give you a perspective from a beginner, like you Smile

Before start flying on FPV mode, make sure you are good flying LOS. I good this from a tutorial, and it´s working for me. One of the main challenges with FPV when you are a beginner is to keep altitude, it´s hard to know at the beginning if you are at 3ft, 10ft or 0ft from the ground.

Some people may disagree and I totally respect that, but this seem to be working for me. At the beginning I couldn´t keep altitude, or even make a turn. I was just flying forward and backward correcting direction with the roll.
I tried 2 times to fly on FPV, and the result wasn´t ANY good yet.
Once you are comfortable hovering, flying forward and backward, making turns, then is probably a good time to start on FPV.

Thanks
