It ran on the Multiwii firmware which was 8 bit. Current quad: ZMR 250 / DYS SE2205 / Littlebee 20A ESCs / Drone Lab 1500 4S / Naze32 Rev5 / BF 2.7.1 FPV: Runcam Skyplus / Aomway 200mw VTX / Fatshark DomV1 >>>>>>>>>>Check Out My Build<<<<<<<<<< 24-Sep-2016, 10:09 PM Looks like a nice build, i will post my 600 quad tomorrow here. 25-Oct-2016, 03:27 AM Love my 650. Did you know that the canopy from the 680 Pro is a direct fit, no mods required! 26-Oct-2016, 11:53 AM JimmyLe813, what kind of PDB did you have used? 27-Oct-2016, 02:05 AM 08-Dec-2016, 04:10 PM What kind of flight times are you getting? And what size lipo are you using? I am thinking about upgrading to this frame from my overly heavy dji f450. I already have a set of t motor 2814 710kv that I could use, all I would need to do is upgrade my esc and frame. 09-Dec-2016, 04:07 PM (08-Dec-2016, 04:10 PM)Justynkace Wrote: What kind of flight times are you getting? I got the spedix s650 frame and put my parts on it. It will hover for 17 min with a 5000mah 4s. I am using a set of DJI 420 lite esc, I am not sure they will hold up to the T-Motor 2814 710kv motors. What do you think of a 20a esc with these motors? 08-Feb-2017, 05:01 AM You'll be pushing the limit with those anti-gravity motors but you'll be OK as long as you don't go larger than 13 inch props. Looks like they'll draw around 21 amps at 100% but then with a 650 class MR, it's not like you'll be full throttle very much 08-Feb-2017, 02:15 PM (08-Feb-2017, 05:01 AM)RENOV8R Wrote: You'll be pushing the limit with those anti-gravity motors but you'll be OK as long as you don't go larger than 13 inch props. I currently have a set of APC MR1455 props on the quad. One thing that helps is the quad doesn't weigh much, with a battery and full FPV it is around 2300 grams. I do have a gimbal ordered for it. With the gimbal I should be able to keep the weight under 2600 grams. Yesterday I done the first maiden flight of the quad. It was around 60*f, the motors was less then 80*f but the ESC's was a little over 100*f. I think I may be pushing the ESC's to hard. What 40 amp Esc would you recommend that is around $12-$15ea? 08-Feb-2017, 03:05 PM (This post was last modified: 08-Feb-2017, 03:07 PM by Justynkace. Edit Reason: Spelling error ) I really like the T-Motor Air series 40 amp ESCs, easy to set up and super smooth but they're in the $30-$40 price range. I see RCTimer has these, looks like a pretty good deal http://rctimer.com/product-500.html Don't know what flight controller u are using, but just a word of caution: whatever you go with, stay away from BLHeli ESCs. They do NOT play nice with Naza-M or Tarot flight controllers. Nice collection BTW Edit: Forget my suggestion for the rctimer escs, they're not optos and only rated for 3S unless you disable the BEC |
