Thanks! Sooo much fun flying this thing now that it flies well and produces good video. Took about 7 months to learn everything that this hobby involves and of course some crashing and rebuilding too. Almost quit a few times but now very happy to have stuck with it.

Yeh! looking good! Im semi new to fpv and looking into long range any tips on increasing your range without a ground station?

I suppose Crossfire for transmitter/receiver, high powered reliable VTX and high quality antennas on everything.

I'm still on a 2.4Ghz control link but this 5.10km long range test that almost resulted in losing the drone has finally made me realise I do need crossfire if I want to do long range. I'll try one more time to improve signal by positioning rx antennas better but if that doesn't make it more reliable then I'll start saving up for CF.

i've got the tbs tango 2, nano rx reciver. And a rush fpv vtx and antennas. im thinking about improving my antennas on quad and goggles. any antennas you'd recommend. both patch and omni

I don't have enough first hand experiences of different antennas to give recommendations but this guy gets amazing range. I'm gonna upgrade to what he has.
