You should be able to screw the lens in or out a bit for focus (unless it's glued).  Usually there's a little "nubly" nut  against the case that serves as a jam nut.

Thanks Scotty....I kind of wondered about that...seems to me when I put in I was thinking it was glued....I'll pull it out tomorrow and look.  I assume if it IS glued...just a bad camera?  That's exactly what it looks like.....a lens that is not focused properly.... Thank for all your help Scotty....

You were right Scotty...all I had to do was screw the lens in a bit.....now all I got to do is wait for it to quit raining.  thanks again.
