I am on a warpath right now guys.  So much so I can barely type more because my keyboard has been taking a pounding.  These pics should explain everything ...

Better be careful, with a business model like that, they might collectively send someone to break your kneecaps. Good luck!

Which is why I am calling them out. We cannot stand for this shit man. (Also I live a block from Compton ... bring it Smile )

Also, I'm good on RDQ. They can keep taking my money then.

Yeah, the USPS ain’t real legit these days. I paid for certified mail with the silly return green card I never got back. Just sayin….that might not be the case here at any rate companies need to stop hiding behind the COVID excuses! It’s been to long! Using a better shipper is an option but they do cost a little more. I wouldn't trust the post office to track jack lol.

Such a bizarre thing to say, why would you try to speak for other vendors for such a minor issue. Now if this was a multi thousand dollar order that you quit out hastily over in the middle of a drop ship I could see something. Still wouldn't lay it out to the customer like they did.

Rob, FWIW, my last few small orders from RDQ and GetFPV have taken a crazy long time to arrive. Seems like it is usually the First Class packages that take the long route? One made it to LA and then died for almost a week before finally "popping" back to life and getting pushed to me. I am currently waiting on one from GetFPV that went dead and then showed up in NJ after like a week with no updates? Should finally arrive today.

I have typically had really good success with my USPS shipments and they usually overachieve on promised delivery dates. Especially the Priority packages. But even First Class is usually really quick. Just been the last month or so it has gone bad.

I know it doesn't help you any and/or make you change how you feel at this point but I was impressed with an order I recently placed with NBD. I neglected to add a coupon code and when I reached out to them the day after I placed the order (Saturday) to see if they would be able to add it in and credit me the difference, they responded in 1-2 hours and quickly refunded me the difference. And all that on a Saturday?!

Good luck with your order.

I dunno man. As a business owner you must realize that you also have a reputation to uphold. Burning bridges with a major reseller over a 3 day shipping delay is not a wise business move. Your manner in those emails is also a little.. immature at best and doesn't present well here. Just saying because I want to see you succeed.

we pilots are a small family exchange informations about shops....
i wont buy anything from such a laying customer service... unbelievable....

the fpv community would bring a scaming-banning-vendor-lobby out of the market in a very short time xD

Thanks guys for the backup.  I'm a lot cooler now.  Yea, I was pretty pissed earlier.  I'm not going to get into details because frankly, I don't have to, but suffice to say, I tried an awful lot to get in contact with anyone at NBD to just cancel the order no harm no foul.  Those of you who know me know I drop serious coin on this hobby so I know my shipping times like the back of my hand.  I run ecommerce stores also (not just roninUAV honestly thats just a passion project) so I know the "tricks of the trade" when it comes to logistics.  And believe you me, these jerkoffs were being SUPER scheisty.

And txbdan, you are right.  But only if I even had plans to go wholesale with my frames.  I do not.  And really even if I did, they wouldn't go anywhere near that joker of a company that plays such sophmoric games like "I is gonna ban u!"  cmon now.  Are we 12?

With that said ... I was a a *little* worried I was getting a wholesale ban LOLLL. ROFL   I mean shoot I don't know these NewBeeDrone idiots maybe they actually have sway!! Cry   BAHA.  Not so much I don't think ...

Big Grin ROFL Big Grin ROFL

Omg it happened to me now but with pyrodrone.  I have a lost FC still not delivered. They told me to chill this happens all the time. We hope it shows up for you. So I open a dispute for a lousy $48.

Check out there version of a threat.

 Aldo,

It is incredibly unfortunate that you've decided to file a PayPal dispute against us. We are by far the most helpful FPV retailer out there when it comes to taking care of our customers. Filing a dispute against us is just wrong and uncalled for.
You are taking my words out of context. I did not just say "Hoping the package makes it to me", I said "we hope this package makes it to you as quickly as possible". Those are two very different things.
We generally have a zero tolerance for payment disputes of any kind like this, since we know we'll always make it right if given the chance. However, due to your order history, we are willing to give you another chance, if and only if you do the right thing and cancel this unneeded dispute.
If you're ever not happy with a response from us, simply tell us. There is never a need to take such extreme measures.
You must understand that we get many emails about delayed packages every day, due to USPS inconsistencies. We are speaking from experience when we say that delayed packages still usually make it, just a bit delayed. We're not just making this stuff up.
Since delayed packages nearly always show up within a few days, we always ask the customer to give USPS a bit more time. IN NO WAY did we say you're out of luck if they lose it. In fact, we said the exact opposite.
If you are willing to do the right thing and cancel this PayPal dispute, then we would be happy to ship you out another order. We would have been happy to do that either way after giving USPS a few more days, but you never gave us the chance. You can then ship this delayed package back to us when USPS delivers it.
If you are not willing to do the right thing by cancelling this dispute, then we will be forced to respond to it, and you will no longer be welcome to order from us or the other FPV retailers we communicate closely with regarding fraud.
We are fellow pilots just like you that want nothing more than help out. As fellow pilots, we intimately understand the dreaded wait for parts and the even more dreaded shipping delay when there is one.
Please let me know when you have cancelled this PayPal dispute, so that we can get another package on the way to you. If you have any questions about any of this, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you,

I'm sorry man.  Frankly, this is just b.s.  But also frankly, we can't do sh*t about it, you and I.

This is why I have zero allegiance to any retailer.

And as you can see from my "threat verification," not one single retailer worth a damn even gave two sh*ts.   ROFL

P.S. The reason these idiots are so aggressive is they know any dispute with any payment processing company in this scenario will ALWAYS side with the buyer - the seller is not off the hook until that tracking update says it is delivered.

P.P.S. BTW, I am a retailer. I got a package that was supposed to go to Mexico shipped on Sep 8 that has not arrived. If it does not arrive in a few more weeks, I am refunding the entire order and taking the hit - zero questions asked. THAT is how you are supposed to do business. Not this kindergarten cry baby b.s. Like, seriously, you are going to create all this animosity and bad press for what?? A freeging $70 flight controller??? lol eff off.

[edit] LOLL $48 my bad!!
